One of the coolest events we’ve been able to look forward to each year during SXSW is working with the incredible team at Create & Cultivate. We love that the premise of the entire event revolves around women empowering women to — you guessed it — “create and cultivate the career of their dreams.” Being a female-run company ourselves, this is definitely something we can stand behind proudly. This year’s event was held in partnership with Fossil at The Refinery, and was headed by a panel of some major powerhouse ladies. Actresses, influencers, and entrepreneurs such as Gina Rodriguez, Brooklyn Decker, Elizabeth Chambers, Camila Alves, Camille Styles, Ashley Rose of Sugar & Cloth, and Stephanie Mark of Coveteur headed up the conversations to inspire the crowd of hundreds of eager listeners.
The aesthetic of the event was completely on par with our own, mixing modern and vintage with bits of feminine details on masculine forms with a casual cool color palette… and tons of greenery. In particular, we loved the different textures and monochromatic design of the main stage. Get ready to feel as jealous as we do of the attendees as you check out the photos below by Smith House Photography. Cheers to us, ladies!
