Thanksgiving & Gratitude

How many ways are there to express your gratitude for all the good things and good people in your life? Well, aside from the obvious phrase, “thank you,” this time of year is filled with opportunities to show those you love how much they mean to you during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Generosity is one of the hallmarks of the winter season, and preparing a meal for the entire family can be such a beautiful and delicious representation of your thanks. Whether you happen to be a master chef and make every dish from scratch, host a potluck, or have the whole darn thing catered, a Thanksgiving meal is a memory to look back on fondly. We happen to believe that a lovely table setting can leave a lasting impression on all of your appreciative guests.

Our recipe for a delightfully festive dinner party? We love the warm color palettes of the season and the cozy times to be had with a hot cup of mulled wine in a fancy mid-century glass. Even the heaviest of carbs and comfort food look better on gold rimmed china. Of course, some natural greenery draped over a linen table runner on a classic wooden table add an air of ethereal wonder to the affair.
