We recently teamed up with some very talented and creative local vendors for a summer open house for brides at the oh-so-lovely wedding venue, Mercury Hall. Goodness gracious, did it turn out beautifully!
This particular open house was not only cause for some wonderful people to gather and share their skills, but also, an opportunity to brunch on some delicious treats alongside a glass of rose! Catered by Word of Mouth, guests were able to fill their bellies while in the presence of some serious eye-candy. Julie Wilhite captured the space incredibly with her photography, all below. We certainly couldn’t have done this without one of our favorite local florists, Remi + Gold, either. They provided us with the most perfect of arrangements for each of our lounges – we were so tempted to keep them for ourselves afterward!
Needless to say, the brides + grooms in attendance were privy to some of the best vendors in the business. Our lounges mingled with the sun-drenched atmosphere to create a vision worthy of the off-beat, bohemian bride.
We love mixing patterns, so the traditional interior of the venue was an excellent backdrop for an unexpected design. Different shades of indigo and modern prints combined with peachy pastels and classic rugs to create the most enchanting ambience. Check out the gorgeous images below and you might just get inspired to incorporate some impromptu whimsy into your next event, or even your own home!
