Valentine’s Day may have already ended, but that doesn’t mean the romance has ended around here. We are firm believers that love is a year-round, ever-present thing that deserves celebration as often as possible. The open house we participated in at Austin’s own historic Driskill Hotel was a picturesque personification of an elegant & romantic wedding reception that could warm even the most cynical of hearts.
We styled our lounge with a mixture of classic traditional and mid-century modern pieces, all featuring light neutrals with a bit of a moody hunter green. This paired excellently with the romantic magenta, mauve, and soft pink floral centerpiece by STEMS Floral Design. With the flawless coordination of 36th Street Events, the table was set in the most perfect way, and our pieces were brought to life through the impeccable lens of Sophie Epton Photography. Boarding School Collective‘s romantic pink watercolor menus rested on our salad and dinner plates making us crave the day we are able to attend an event with such precision and care for ourselves.
Thanks to all the wonderful vendors involved and to everyone who was able to come out! Hopefully the night didn’t end too crazy for you on 6th Street.
